Konica Minolta (Australia) Pty Limited Managing Director, David Cooke, has applauded the staff of Remington Business System for their commitment towards the company.
This was during the client event the company had at the Grand Pacific Hotel on Thursday.
Remington Business System is the only authorised Konica Minolta Digital Multifunction Photocopiers distributor and after sales service provider in Fiji since 1994.
It has an exclusive agency agreement with Konica Minolta Business Solutions (Australia) Pty Ltd.
Mr Cooke said success of the company for the past 25 years in Fiji was a result of the dedication the staff members had towards the company and they were proud to boast their customer services.
“The clients are very happy with the customer focused attitude of Remington staff,” Cooke said.
He added it is very vital for companies to deliver services for growth.
“The important value that can be added is by really caring about the customers, providing prompt service,” he said.
“It is also important to have very good staff, those who are well-trained and knowledgeable in the technology so that they can fix faults very quickly and allow organisations to get on with their business.
“The feedback which I have received from the clients so far is been that Remington has been an excellent supplier to them.
“Everyone seems to be very happy with the Konica-Minolta technology, the network printing and scanning products that Remington is representing here.”
Mr Cooke highlighted the reason for his visit was mainly to meet the clients and the staff of Remington, this being his first visit to Fiji.
Remington chief executive, Mohammed Bari, said the company had been performing well and they would push for similar traits in future.
“Over the past few years, the company has seen improvement and growth in the business mostly in the photocopying and printing side in Fiji,” Mr Bari said.
“Our service has also improved over the years and the reliability of the machine as it is so user friendly that people prefer Konica Minolta brand.”
